Whitney is accepting new patients for September 2025.
Whitney is a Marriage and Family Psychotherapist who creates a compassionate and collaborative space for meaningful exploration, self-awareness, and emotional insight that helps people achieve lasting personal growth.
Integrating systemic and psychodynamic perspectives, Whitney helps individuals, couples, and families understand how their past experiences, behavior patterns, and attachments influence their present challenges, all within the context of their unique life story.
By fostering deeper insight, she guides those she works with to address root causes rather than symptoms, empowering them to make conscious choices aligned with their values, develop healthier emotional responses, and build fulfilling relationships.
Whitney holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University’s COAMFTE-accredited program and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, which informs her holistic perspective on mental health and wellbeing.
