Rachel is a Supervisor and a Senior Member of our Training team.

Rachel Kinsella has worked extensively with individuals and couples in private practice and school settings.  Trained from a psychodynamic foundation, Rachel enjoys working in the “here and now”. Rachel is also certified in mediation. She has extensive research experience in human development and family dynamics research, which has served to enhance her clinical skills and understandings. 

Rachel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Couple and Family Therapy from The University of Rhode Island.  Rachel is a Psychoanalytic Candidate at the Contemporary Freudian Society and is pursuing a second state licensure in Psychoanalysis where she has already earned a post-graduate certification in adult psychodynamic psychotherapy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Alabama.

Rachel aims to provide a space for individuals to explore one of the most critical aspects of our lives, human relationships. Relationships often come with a unique set of difficulties, insecurities, worries, hopes, and dreams, including the relationship with the self. She works with people to cultivate a better understanding of themselves and their world.

Rachel also supervises limited permit marriage and family therapists.
