Thalia is a bilingual (Spanish/English) Marriage and Family Psychotherapist devoted to helping individuals, couples, and families build stronger and healthier relationships. She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Manhattan University in New York and holds a Bachelor’s in Communications from Universidad de Lima in Peru.
Thalia specializes in infidelity, emotional disconnection, power imbalances, and cultural or generational challenges. With extensive experience in community health, she works with a diverse range of clients and is especially passionate about supporting multicultural families as they navigate acculturation stress, role changes, multigenerational trauma, communication barriers, and the emotional impact of adjusting to major life transitions.
Rooted in a relational lens and a psychodynamic approach, Thalia helps clients explore deeper patterns and early experiences that shape their relationships with themselves and others. She believes healing is a shared journey, one that invites us to explore our vulnerability, embrace all our emotions, and grow within meaningful, supportive relationships.
“We are not meant to do life alone; healing happens in connection.”
